This factory replacement handguard is much better than the heavier original. It is lightened with full length m-lok cut-outs and has additional lightening cuts which help diffuse more barrell heat. Plus it's a factory Sig component so you know it's precise of good quality

It’s a great upgrade over the factory m400 handguard. Much lighter than the stock one and the holes help the heat dissipate so that you do not burn your hand after several mags like you do with the factory

I’m very happy I went with the 13” handguard from sig, and optics planet had the best price for it anywhere. Noticeably more light weight that stock, dissipates heat well. My product did come with a barrel nut and bolts but did not need because I already have a Tread— they’ll get sold along with the stock handguard.
