Installation easily obtained when following accompanied instructions Allen wrench should come supplied with this kit.Ambidextrous possible left side for right hand, right side left handed shooters.Make sure it's seeted correctly.Made from Mil spec powder coated aluminum , will accept many Sling Types. Another Magpul innovation. Arrived as expected from Optics planet with a Tracking number. Excellent product and Cheaper Price than Magpul .

Excellent fit/finish with magpul sga stock. Held up to my heavy 870 bouncing around on 1-point attachment. I prefer the more forward attachment point over the quick release built into the stock. That sits to low for my preference. Tough piece of metal.

I just bought a Remington 870 Express Tactical for home defense and I upgraded it with Magpul furniture. I use the Magpul MS3 Single QD GEN 2 Sling. This sling has many sling options: 1) it can attach to itself with the Paraclip to make a single point sling, 2) the Paraclip can attach to the forward sling mount attached to the barrel and magazine extension tube, or 3) I can attach the Paraclip to this Receiver sling mount loop. I like having all those options available to me. On the Magpul SGA Stock I installed the QD cups on both sides so this is 2 options for the QD end of the sling. This Magpul Receiver Mount slipped in perfectly to the SGA Stock and bolted up tight no problem. If you have the SGA Stock I highly recommend you add this to your set up. Magpul has never let me down.

Super solid item that is easy to install. It is large enough for a paraclip or other attachment. Magpul has a great name and although they are pricey they are worth it. It fits great and there is little worry about any finish issues. Installs in less than 5 minutes.

Amazing addition if single point is your style. Do believe its solid metal. Does its job, would recommend to all. To my knowledge this is the only adapter for the SGA series unless of course you have the abilities to print your own.

This is typical Magpul product, lots of hype and it generally works OK, but it is expensive, much more than it should be. Magpul imho does this all the time, they create a product like a rifle stock, charge you a high price, then nickel dime you to death to buy options that should have come with the original product! It reminds me of Microsoft..suck you in then charge you for every single separate piece and support! While I think many of their products work fine(AR mags) many of their products are over priced and other manuf. give you similar options that work as well with equal quality at a better value. this set up with many individuals who do not go in harms way has limited use. Shotgun slings are generally best used to transport the firearm from A to B, they are not as effective in a tactical environment and many professionals advocate that they are not used in CQB, because they can be grabbed etc by an adversary easily! In addition, look at the set up with the swivel/attachments on the same side as the ubiquitous arm chair commando hard side saddle…ever try and put that firearm on your back or close too you? try it…not much fun and no comfort at all! Put the mounts on the other side..where it is FLAT and will also prevent the firearm from "rolling" better.
