I've never been a huge fan of lasers on pistols. Most are bulky and difficult to activate and throw of the whole balance of the gun. Not the case with this Holosun RML laser. It's easy to use, controls are ambidextrous and i have not had any of the issues mentioned in other reviews posted here. This is pretty much the most compact pistol laser you can get outside of grip lasers. Target acquisition is lightning fast with this laser mounted on my pistol. I've always had great experience with Holosun optics, and I can now add their laser to that list.

The holosun RMLt-GR is a great product I like it so much I have 7 of them 5 for me and 2 for a friend. It only takes a few minutes to install and easy to sight in at the range. Opticsplanet has great prices and fast shipping.

This laser sight is the perfect addition to my new Glock 19 build. It's small, easy to use, and light weight. I've used lasers before on a few of my pistols but they are kind of bulky, not ambi and usually had some kind of battery issue. This product is the opposite, it's compact, has ambi controls, and so far I haven't had any issues with the battery. It sounds like user error on these other reviews. This is a great addition to any pistol based on it's functionality, ease of use, and the price.

Picked up the green laser. Impressed on the ruggedness and how solid this unit is made. Fits great and secures very tight to the gun. Even dropped the pistol at the range and laser was fine. I read some reviews about the battery draining. No idea what those users are doing. Bad battery? I've had mine on for 3 weeks now and just as strong as the day I installed it and I've been picking it up and testing it every day just to make sure it works. As for the battery installation – you must use the tool it comes with to open and tighten the battery compartment. I could not do it without that tool. The other weird thing is the battery has to have this rubber gasket type thing on it otherwise it doesn't work.Everyone has their own preference as to what and why they have certain accessories. This is a range fun accessory. Personally, I have a green laser for my carry gun that automatically turns on when I grip the pistol. This laser has its own paddle type button on each side that must be pressed to turn it on.As for home defense I prefer a pistol with a bright white light. I feel better identifying what I shoot at opposed to a green dot on something that's moving in the dark.Overall – This is a perfect laser for the range. Green laser is bright for daytime use. Helps me get quick acquisition onto steel targets. Just a lot of fun

I was trying to get a rail mounted laser that works, having failed twice with 2 other products when I bought the Holosun RML green laser from not Optics PlanetI easily mounted it and adjusted the beam to my iron sights. But there were a few related anomaly when doing that:#1 the detailed instructions said the battery was all ready installed, but it wasn't.#2 when I installed it and tried to screw the cap back on, it was very difficult to line the threads up properly and screw it on.#3 when I finally thought I had it threaded in over the battery, it never stopped turning, like happens when threads are stripped.#4 So a couple days later I took it to the range and the first time I shot it, the cap fell off and the battery came out.#5 I spent a half hour at the range trying to screw the cap back on straight and tight WITHOUT a battery installed and could not because even though it looked flat with the laser body and tight, every time I let go of it, it fell back off.Update:I finally got the cap on securely although it is really difficult every time and then the battery ran down right away when I wasn't using it! Apparently this thing uses juice even when it is off and there are several reviews of it at other sites attesting to this flaw.It also will not mount remotely close to the front of the trigger Gaurd of a Glock mid to full size pistol without modifying it in the mount area by nothing the mount down to the body and out nearly to the mount screw and bolt hole. Also you have to file down flat on the rail side one of the adapter plates that goes between your glock and the sight in order to mount this sight close enough so you can reach forward with your trigger finger and reach it and activate it. But that's not all! it has a ridge around the activator buttons that make it difficult to push on that you need to file down in order to activate it with some ease and I notices recently even after doing that, it's started becoming more difficult to activate all ready!
