Bought this for my Shield 45. It fits extremely well & looks good also .Adjustable retention works good . Very comfortable to wear , you hardly notice it . Conceals easily & overall a great buy that should last a long time .

Bought the black version for my P238 with laser since I will be going to a family reunion in a normal (open carry) state this Summer and I won't need to use my IWB one for this pistol. FYI it is larger than both my DB380 and Ruger LCP and accordingly less convenient for IWB, although I find it more comfortable to shoot for extended plinking/practice.

Very nicely constructed. Tension screw assures a good fit in the future. Very compact and great looking. Makes a nice "dress" holster. Fits tight up against the body for great concealability. will switch between this and Kydex dependeing on the weather.

This has become my favorite holster for concealed carry of my S&W mp Shield .45 cal. My gun fit immediately without a work-in period. I had to make only a small adjustment with the tension screw to obtain desired retention strength. The holster rides at just the right height and fits between belt loops on all of my pants so it doesn't slide around. I get a smooth draw with the tension screw properly adjusted, while retention is still satisfactory. The quality of the leather is excellent as is the stitching, but it is definitely not bulky. The gun is held close to my body and when I carry at the 5 o'clock position it does not print under over-shirts or jackets. I have worn it with long t-shirts that are loose fitting and still haven't had printing issues. I highly recommend this holster.

I use this model for all my carry guns. I was concerned at first as I had always used holsters with thumb snaps before. With the tension screw, you can make sure the gun is tightly held, but quickly accessible. I am very active and have never had a gun come out of the holster. Quick to put on when going out and comfortable all day I would recommend this.

I ordered one of these Mini Scabbards for my Ruger Security 380. It's the same one listed for the Security 9 compact.
