Description

The MNVD-51 is a lighter, more compact Multi-Purpose Night Vision Monocular when compared to the popular PVS -14. Like the PVS-14, the MNVD-51 can be used helmet-mounted, head-mounted, weapon-mounted, or as a handheld unit, making the MNVD-51 work around you and not the other way around. This model has a wider 51-degree field of view allowing you to see more of your surroundings and helping you maintain situational awareness. A built-in IR illuminator helps light up your night when there is no ambient light available for the unit to enhance. Armasight’s MNVD-51 can run off one AA battery or CR123A battery with a maximum run time of 40 hours. Each of these Night Vision Monocular is protected by a rugged, compact housing system that provides the perfect balance of performance and mobility. We understand that night vision can be complex to understand. Armasight breaks it down by separating our devices by field of view and phosphor color and by grading our tubes in a way that is easier to understand at first glance. Get to know our offering below to decide which tube you need in your next night vision device. Bravo – The grade for entry-level users. Just starting out with night vision and not sure what it’s all about? Here is your starting place to get some experience, this is the tube for you. Bravo carries minimum specifications so you can adequately see in the dark and the tubes carry a lower FOM (Figure of Merit) and allow for more microscopic inclusions than higher graded tubes. This is a perfect companion for driving and scanning for coyotes, etc. Lightweight, bright and clear. Also pretty durable because my kids have been abusing it and its been perfect. I wish yall still made the weapon mount for it.

I am very happy with my recent purchase. I was hesitant to go with the cheaper version in this case the bravo over the pinnacle but overall I am very happy with my purchase and I really hope our site takes a consideration and to keeping these around rumor has it they are going to discontinue the bravo But overall I don’t regret it and I think it is well worth the money. It is a very easy selling point for someone getting into it. I just really hope that they don’t end up discontinuing the idea of this tube. It’s by no means 100% but it is definitely at least 90%. I highly recommend going through optic. Explain it. They have great customer service very easy to get a hold of somebody very easy to work with super fast on the shipping easy to get paperwork done with highly recommend these guys and I highly recommend our side as well. They are a great company. Very easy to talk to somebody. If you’re curious on something don’t hesitate to call our site. They will give you the inside scoop on everything that they have those guys are the most helpful, most honest and most reasonable. I can’t overall say enough good things about the guys at our site. They help out a tremendous amount and educating me on what I was getting into. The reason I did not give it a five star as if they were to make this product better. I would have no room to give a better review.

Got a heck of a deal on this thing and boy does it perform. Very clear and crisp image. Works well in very little light. It is a green gen 3 unit. Does have the chinese mounting system on either side. I adapted mine to use a j-arm with the dove tail mount to my helmet. Unit works fine and I can't complain much at all.
