Have been searching for low profile hearing protection at a reasonable price for a long time. These are perfect for rifle/shotgun plus they have the capability for Bluetooth phone connection and music at the gym!

Got these on a holiday sale. I've been wanting some earplug style electronic shooting buds because I HATE EARMUFFS. Anyway, I was weary because earbuds don't typically make a tight seal in my ear so Its rare I find one that works. But to my great surprise, these work! I'm very happy with them. There is quite a bit of static when hearing protection is turned on but It's not any worse than any electronic muffs I've used and the pass-through hearing is MUCH BETTER. It sounds much more natural, I cant tell more easily what direction the sounds are coming from. It provides the same level of protection as my muffs but I feel like the depth and quality of my hearing is much better. Using them to play music they do a great job… not as good as my airpods… but I don't care, cause i bought them for 1 purpose… shooting without earmuffs while still being able to hear those around me and not go deaf. Now, lets hope they last!

After trying several similar products I was impressed with these earbuds. I hunt with big bore pistols so ear protection is very necessary. I wore these while shooting my S&W 460 equiped with a muzzle break. I was pleasantly surprised to find the buds very affective in protecting me hearing. I don't know yet if the charge will last all day, but I'll find out soon.

Half of the reviews on this product are from individuals lack of using the product properly. I had no problem using these GS extreme 2.0 as the manual walks you through how to use them and their videos helped me troubleshoot the proper fit question I had. Using them at my local indoor range next to a lane that was using a .308 the earpro worked fine as earpro is not going to remove the concussion energy from the muzzle as the shock wave hits your body in enclosed space. The sound quality making phone calls or listening to music is excellent compared to other earpro I've used with a similar feature. There is no electric noise cancelling on this earpro just a noise enhancement feature for having a conversation with them on around loud equipment or motorcycle group riding. The noise enhancement does have good directional pickup however I did have to use the foam adhesive circles on microphones to cut down on wind noise the microphones were picking up using the noise enhancement outside.

After nearly going deaf the first time I walked into my local range, I realized these buds do not electronically cancel gunshots. if sound enhancement I'd on, even on the lowest setting, gunshots get amplified as well. I thought for the price the electronic noise canceling would be more intuitive bit it wasn't. Don't waste your money, might as well have passive buds/plugs.
