Great addition to any blackhawk tactical or duty belt. Turns what can be at time an uncomfortable stiff belt into a pleasure to wear . Easy to install and should work on other brand belts as well . I think some come with belt and pad now, but this one doesn't . Pros: very comfortableCons: none

I use this when I am working outdoor range sessions and it is very comfortable throughout the day. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a way to take pressure off your hips from the heavy duty belt! Make sure you get a larger belt to make up for the extra material of the pad so you can buckle it properly. Pros: comfortCons: Sometimes bulky when sitting.
