I bought this bag for a tactical medicine class. Great pouch for an IFAK (individual first aid kit). I placed quick clot gauze, israeli dressings, and other basic trauma supplies. Easy to access when needed. I even did a whole scenario with the pouch open and nothing fell out. Great bag!!Pros: Lots of places to put dressings and tourniquets
