Great medic pack, suitable for long recon missions. Two big compartments for A+B and C. Pros: Good qualityCons: No small compartment for small items

If you need a really good medical bag this is for you, but there is no real room for other personal equipment which is not great for missions unless you only want to carry your medical equipment. there is no molle webing on the outside. All of the slots, loops, webbing, pouches, etc on the inside are very specificly designed for specific pieces of equipment so one cannot necessarily adjust the compartments to suit ones own needs such as for EOD or engineering or other specialty. That said its a great bag especially for field surgeons.Pros: very well made and useable for medical professionalsCons: not adjustable or modular, no real room for other stuff besides medical equipment

I use this bag as a tactical paramedic. Its easy to use and has more storage space than I could ever need. Its expensive but worth every penny.Pros: user friendly Cons: price

the pockets on this bag are deep and the bag opens all the way up in a hurry. if you are not jumping, the kidney strap comes right off, if you learned on the old veitnam clamshells, this bag takes all the good from that and adds lots of perks that make this bags pricey, yet worth it. all my gear inside stays put, and does not wiggle around. the bag stays standing, and thats a pro too. a bit bulky, but if you are looking to treat a squad, this is the bag for you Pros: way better than the issued aidbagCons: expensive, no mollee attachments on outside

The bags themselves are great. The ordering process was the worst I have ever seen. They didn't have the ones I wanted in stock so I had to have some of the ones in my color shipped fast, but the others I had to wait another week. Before they shipped I had to sign a paper stating that I wouldn't take them out of the US. Hello, I'm in the military, where do you think I'll be taking them. Then I had to sign another piece of paper stating that I was going to use them in the mannor they were intended for. Even if I wasn't going to use them for their intended purpose do you think someone will tell you what they are going to do with them. Pros: Great BagCons: Horrible ordering process!!!
