BFG is one of two companies that seem to make these that aren't cheap Amazon pieces that fall apart. Do i think they should cost what they do? absolutely not. Its a roll of material and some velcro, there is nothing to this thing. Will it do its job? Yes. Wish it came with suggested ways to pack IFAK efficiently for its specific designThis is large, probably 2x the height of the smaller variant, so the 6 o'clock is only spot on belt i think viable. Would be a great addition to backpack or similar, size wouldn't be notable anywhere except on your belt line.

Item was initially back ordered but was available over a month earlier then originally projected. Arrived promptly after that and was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you again Optics Planet. Ur the best.

I would say for a quick response kit at the range it will suffice. But wish a torniquete was included. Can’t never have enough. But if you are planing on having a kit in your vehicle I would piece together something better.
