Love using this griddle, heavy duty, good heat distribution although you have to let it warm up for a few minutes to get good distribution.Even though it is "pre seasoned" I took the extra steps to go through a true griddle seasoning.

The griddle was everything that was advertised and then some. Cooking eggs and sausage was no problem for a group of 16. The surface area is big enough to cook 10 pounds of chicken taco meat at the same time. Also we cooked soft tacos after. It was great.

I have been impressed with our recent camp chef purchases. We have the Tahoe Stove , Pizza oven which is wonderful.. And this grillThe item is quite heavy and seemingly of professional quality. We have it on our patio…and it is an alternative for outdoor cooking. The large size is great for large groups and family participation.A must is the grease cup… Sold separately and also some good stainless grill tools.
