I like to keep some of the 22 shorts around to use in the old single shot rifle I grew up with learned to hunt with my dad. I had ordered a couple boxes and while they were on order saw some at a gun show and they were about twice as high at the show.

EXCELLENT round on the trap line. One round placed properly is all you need. It won't ruin pelts with an exit wound,from 2 feet.

Really these things are barely faster than a good break barrel .177 pellet rifle. Great for taking small game at close range. I like the hollow points, but can be hard to find sometimes.
