Really nice light for the money. Was very happy with it. Sits on my nightstand. Would buy again! Definitely an item I would recommend. Lights up a dark room. Can’t go wrong with Crimson Trace. It’s easy on easy off as well.

Was Looking For A Rail Mounted Light To Mount On A Full Size M&P. This Setup Was Planned To Be The House Piece. I Looked / Researched For Several Months On Brands And Features. Being The Owner Of Several Crimson Trace Products I Kept Coming Back To This Light. Initially The Low Price Compared To Competitors Lights Scared Me. Plus Crimson Trace Normally Isn’t Exactly Cheap Either So I Questioned Why Is This Light So Cheap? Well I Took A Chance And Ordered It Anyway Knowing CT Customer Service Is Top Notch! Received Light Today, Installed Battery, And Mounted The Light. The Quality Is Outstanding, Paddle Switch Is Easy To Activate And In Perfect Position. I Played Around With All The Modes And I Like The Strobe The Best Along Side My Laser Grips. The Light Fits The M&P Full Size Like A Glove. I Didn’t Have To Adjust The Mounting System At All. It’s Cool The Paddle Switch Has The Same Serations The Slide Does. This Light Compliments The Laser Grips Perfectly. Sweet Little Light, Sweet Little Setup.

Awesome light for a reasonable price. Its reliable, durable, and user friendly. Super easy to install. Also, its one of the few options available for the HK45C/HK45CT without needing mods or additional mounting accessories.

This pistol light looks great and fits my polymer 80 build perfectly. It also functions great, and seems just as bright as some of my other weapon lights. The only trouble I have is finding compatible holsters.
M109 Steel Rain –
I finally found THE light! Wanted an aluminum bodied weapon mounted light, greater than 300 lumens, for an H&K P2000SK .40 S&W. Might as well have been looking for a unicorn! The P2000SK has exactly one inch of rail space (recoil lug to front of trigger guard). Nothing meeting my criteria would fit (Streamlight customer service wasn't sure if the tlr 7 would fit or not). Until now! Got this little gem in the mail and slapped it on the H&K. Even the mounting key is aluminum! Not plastic like from other manufacturers. It locked up solid, with about a 1/16 of an inch to spare, and is plenty bright. The strobe is very disorienting in a dark room. The metal activation paddles extend just inside my oversized trigger guard, making it extremely easy to reach with my trigger finger or my support hand thumb (shooting thumbs forward). Took it to the range and put 45 rounds through it. Still rock solid on the rail and it didn't flicker under recoil from what I could tell. Time will tell as to the longevity of this light but it feels like quality…. plus it's a Crimson Trace! The light sticks out about an inch and a quarter past the muzzle of my 3.26 inch barrel but I expected that. The only problem is that I now need to buy another custom kydex holster to fit. Oh well. The light is awesome! Optics planet gave me 10 percent off because the item was over $49 and another 10 percent off because they were having a Fourth of July sale. Got it for $80 out the door. I kind of feel like I stole something! I hope this review helps others who have been lusting for a quality light for their abbreviated length pistol rail. Thanks Crimson Trace and Optics Planet!

Owned this light for a little under 2 years and it’s been flawless. The 420 lumens is plenty bright for any low light targeting. The attachment clamp is secure and stays tight. The paddle switches are robust and easy to acquire on the draw. As previously mentioned a holster to accommodate this light is not common, but they are available. A company named Multi Holsters makes IWB/OWB for this light.
