The Green Laser is of High quality, effective, great service, very bright and trackable. The thickness of the handle actually improved my grip, stability, and accuracy. Instillation was not difficult.

My M1911 Crimson Trace Green Laser Master grips provide all of the promised attributes and performance. Installation was a snap & zero was spot on without adjustment. The green laser is bright enough to see on a target at 25 yards in bright sunlight. The Master grip design accommodates my ambi safety with no problem, a feature not available non-Master Crimson Trace models.

Grips are outstanding fit perfect and no way did I have to do anything other than just remove the old grips and put on a new grips they function perfectly . Even on ambidextrous handgun no modification is required The laser is bright and can't be seen up to 50 feet without a problem even in bright sunlight Will recommend him to all my friends

The Master Series grip is so good looking on the gun and now the gun is more functional being able to have the laser use. This was very well priced and actually more than 30% less than a manufacture pricing. Win-Win proposition buying the master series grip from Optics Planet.

These grips are so good that I ended up buying two of them in the end for both of my guns. The wood looks so good on the gun versus the 404 plastic or polymer grips. Being on sale made it even better

Crimson Trace has a reputation for quality products. I wanted to put a laser on my 1911 but I dont have a rail, so I looked into this lasergrip product. I have a Les Baer SRP in hard chrome finish. First off, the LG-901G I ordered would not fit my pistol even though the product description stated it would fit a Les Baer 1911.so, I am returning it. But wait. theres more !Secondly, after I received my purchase and was able to look it over in detail, it became apparent that the lasergrip product is really meant for nothing other than very light carry or for being on a nightstand. The activation switch inside the rubber band that is supposed to wrap around the frontstrap of the pistol isnt very durable, the switch is held in place only by a very thin flexible circuit board membrane strip about 1/8 of an inch wide that connects to two cr2016 batteries in each side of the grips. The rubber front strap piece can shift easily in your hand when you shift or change your grip and when that flimsy little circuit board strip breaks, so does your sight. It just wont be durable for any meaningful holster retention training classes or for very much draw/dry fire practice. Very disappointed in this aspect of the product.Thirdly, it is essentially open to the elements. You cannot get this wet at all. It is unsealed underneath the grip panels. Oil or lube can leak down into the workings of the lasergrip and the booklet tells you as much. I suspect it wouldnt fare well in any kind of dusty environment such as the west texas/new mexico desert dust. I definitely would not use this product in an open carry or duty mode.Yeah, its more of a novelty than a save your life item. If you want a reliable laser, get a good rail mount product that can can get wet and can take a fair degree of dry firing cycles or holster retention training. For a night stand gun, maybe. For EDC carry, practice, and training…. definitely not. It wont last.
