The Laserguard for my XDM works as advertised, tho it's hard to bring to bear without pressing the laser 'trigger.' Lacks an on/off switch, a very desirable feature. The include holster isn't really wearable, but I did order the advertised Crossbreed OWB holster which fits like a glove. Overall, a good purchase.Pros: Fits like a glove on my XDM 3.8; Very clean clear laser, even in daylightCons: holster not very functional except for storage

I recently purchased this laser to add to my XDM 40 and I absolutely love it. It was easy to zero in and seems to hold that zero very well. The only thing I wish were different about this laser is that I wish it had an off switch like my other Crimson Trace grip laser have. Other than that I truly love this and it has absolutely improved my speed without sacrificing accuracy. I’ll take it.

I am very pleased with my purchases. It fits my weapon perfectly. My xd looks as though I purchased it from the factory with the laser attached. It only took 2 minutes to install. The laser only needed minor adjustments to get it on target to my specifications. The included iwh was of solid construction and I believe would work well, however I wear my holsters on the outside. I would deffinantly recommend this combo package to anyone. This is the first time i have installed a laser to one of my weapons, it took a little time to realize that I did not (althouogh I still do) have to allign the sights. I believe that if I ever really needed to use my weapon to defend myself this laser would quicken my response.

I bought this for my wife's Springfield XD Subcompact 9mm and it is easily installed. I have no problem seeing it in bright sunlight and it's very bright inside. I have larger hands " XL gloves tight" and it activates without me having to think about it. My wife has smaller than average hands for a women "4'10" tall" and she does have to make sure she touches the switch when gripping the gun. All this said and it's a tool. It's largest use has been for working on my wifes trigger control. With the laser activated I am able to see her flinching, she too also notices it sometimes.
