The Item itself is a very well made leather holster.Its great for conceal carry and i use it as my off duty holster.Its NOT the best concealment holster if using just a shirt the profile is easily noticeable

I ordered the model 019BA7PZ0 for my P365XL with a Holosun HS407K X2 based upon information on the DeSantis website. It turned out to be a perfect fit for that combination and fits like a custom made holster. But be aware, the description of the 019BA7PZ0 on OpticsPlanet is wrong. This holster will not accommodate a light of any type. If OpticsPlanet would allow pictures reviews I would add some that show that.
