The New York Undercover has been around since the early 1970’s. It has gone through numerous revisions since then and now is in its finest form. This shoulder holster is crafted from top-grain cowhide and is molded to fit the exact firearm it is designed to carry. Each rig is shipped fully assembled with a double ammo carrier. Additional accessories are available separately. This harness will fit up to a 54in chest and pivots at all four junction points. Available in black or tan unlined leather. This item was ordered on December 14th 2020. Just received it on March 9th 2021.Way too long. But I did get a good price on item. I would do it all over again. Fit and finish are OK but not compared to Safari land holsters. But they do not make a shoulder unit for the p365.

Nice quality leather, good fit. Will allow the beavertail backstrap. Purchased for glock 26, 19, 17. Will allow standard capacity glock 17 mags or smaller. Happy with the purchase

First, the fit & finish is excellent on the leather. Well made molded perfectly to the particular model. Very comfortable and easily adjusted. Once you get it to your liking it stays in place without belt hooks which deterred me from other shoulder holsters. Nothing around the waist so if your garment sweeps open you’re still concealed. Well balanced once both sides are filled. Thumb break is quick yet secure. Designed for quick release but somehow stays in place when not accessed. Can’t beat the discounted price.

I ordered 1 x DeSantis New York Undercover Rig Leather Shoulder Holster, Color: Black, S&W Governor, Right Side, and it is not the same product as presented on the DeSantis website. Unfortunately, you can’t add photos to the review section, because it is clear and obvious that what they gave me is not even close to the holster represented online. Maybe it’s my fault for believing that both the holster and mag straps would look, feel, fit, and be designed in the ways that it is presented online, but that is not the case with whatever I received in the mail today. The holster I received is extra bulky, and looks specifically fit for the S&W Governor (not what is shown in the photos). Also, the magazine straps are not even straps! There is one, thick, single black pad that takes the place of where the individual magazine straps should be, and the portion that the mags actually fit into is half the size of the ones shown in the photos! Total BS! DO NOT BUY!

Before reviewing the product, let me first say the seller’s claims of prompt shipping are untrue. >> Regarding the DeSantis shoulder I purchased I’ll consider other manufacturers before buying another Shoulder holster from DeSantis. Until I received it, I had no way of knowing this holster includes no method of securing it against moving . After buying the holster, you must then purchase the necessary “tie downs” at the cost of $35.00 EACH. To properly secure the holster, you will need 2 of these.
