The Facilitator style #042 is constructed of rigid .125 Kydex sheet and glass reinforced nylon for strength and durability and features our Redi-Lok trigger locking device. It can be worn strong side (butt rearward), cross draw(butt forward), or small of back (almost horizontal). The Facilitator is SLIM, which makes it much more concealable than the competition. The combat proven Redi-Lok makes this model very secure and snatch resistant. The Redi-Lok is a trigger locking device that is totally instinctual so almost no new training will be necessary. It is located on the inboard side so it’s out of eye-reach of an adversary. Belt slots are 1 3/4in wide. It's an OK holster; well made as my other DeSantis holsters have been, with moderate fwd cant. However, it was advertised to go with both the SigP365 AND the P365XL (for which I'd really intended it). Unlike most holsters, which have an open muzzle end, allowing for various barrel lengths, the Facilitator has a mostly enclosed muzzle and will only work with the standard P365. So, I can use it with my 365, but not my XL version, which I had much preferred, the XL being a better EDC pistol in all respects. If one has the P365 only, then I would recommend this holster for OWB carry.
