If you're looking for a concealed carry mag pouch, this one has it all. Inside the waistband, tuckable, tension screw, sweat guard, and made with premium leather. I've used these for a number of years and my old ones aren't really showing any signs of wear. If they're offered in a size you can use I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. If they're not available in the size you need call DeSantis and let them know they need to make more sizes available. GREAT PRODUCT!
