Description

DeSantis Gunhide announces its latest addition in IWB nylon, the #M24 Tuck-This II. It’s built from heavily padded 1050D black Ballistic nylon and lined with slick pack cloth. The widely adjustable belt tab can swing from cross draw to FBI-strong side carry. The tab allows the shirt to be tucked down in between the gun and trousers affording nearly total concealment. DeSantis made the original “Tuck-able” in the early seventies and cataloged it as the “IA” holster. Auto loader versions of the Tuck This II will have a magazine pouch built into the front holster spine. The M24 is currently made for most concealable hand guns in both right and left hand versions. This is a decent carry holster. My biggest complaint is the way the clip is designed to go under the belt and hook on the bottom. This leaves the pants fully supporting the weight of the gun. This means having to pull the belt tighter which reduces comfort. Even then, after wearing for a while, it starts pulling the pants down into an odd position for the gun and makes a noticeable difference in the pants, especially in a "tuck" scenario. You will find yourself adjusting this thing numerous times throughout the day. If you are wearing a jacket or untucked shirt, then the design of the clip is pointless. For the price it is a decent option, just not great.Pros: Adjustable cant. Protects firearm. Safe carry option. "Tuckable". Relatively comfortable for the size gun it carries.Cons: Work best with a "double" belt option. The pants support the gun, not the belt.

Was kayaking recently with my Smith & Wesson M&P 45 Compact and an extra full magazine along with full gear when the kayak flipped and I went underwater, gear and all. The DeSantis stayed on my belt the whole time and didn't move an inch despite me having to swim with it to shore. I'd highly recommend this holster.
