I was convinced to go with EOTech despite the high price by everyone I spoke to. This is my first red dot sight purchase but I have rented a few ARs with red dots on them. This sight is very robust and easy to use. The dot is clear and precise. Holds zero after about 800 rounds so far. I am not convinced that this was worth the price but it absolutely does its job.

But…. After some use, I think it’s pretty good. Love the giant window. Also, kinda like the no protection/caps/bag idea. Glass is well protected by the shroud and if it gets dirty. Just wipe it clean. Very clear glass. No tinting. Love that.

Sight came in really quick and in great condition. Easily my favorite sight and I will be looking to get another one on my next build. It’s so much better than a standard red dot.
