I wrote a review about this product earlier and really hammered it thinking it was a bad design. I bought a replacement and come to find out, my first purchase was defective. This must be a common occurrence because i read about others having the same issue. The replacement works fine and i would recommend it if you are looking for an ultra lightweight solution for a tactical light. mounts perfectly with the Mako bipod/foregrip combo. However, there are cheaper more powerful flashlights out there if you don't mind the extra weight. Pros: LightweightCons: Too pricey

At first I thought this thing was just broken then I figured out that you have to spin the front and rear sections to turn it on and off. Push button in the tail will not work if these are out of sink. Don't even think about using with the Mako foregrip/bipod. It works fine until you pop the bipod out- then nothing. You have to pull it out, reset it then have the same problem all over again. Worst flashlight I have ever owned.Pros: NoneCons: Sensitive on/off controls

Good quality, durable, bright, EDC capable flashlight. I originally bought this to insert inside a Fab Defense “FGG-S folding grip” for a Keltec KSG. Unfortunately the grip itself apparently isn’t strong enough to hold onto the flashlight with 12 gauge recoil. The light fell out of the fore grip during firing, but it isn’t any fault on the flashlight. Also the description inaccurately describes this model as “100 lumens” when in fact it’s actually 378 lumens.

If you're looking for a light that is high quality and has real world battlefield usage but don't want to pay surefire prices, I would recommend it as most if not all of FABs products are used by the Israeli Defense Force. At 100 lumens it's not going to blind someone but it's certainly powerful enough to see with.
