I'm not sure about Century VZ2008s but on my legit Czechpoint the rails are too tight. I will try to fix with some rat tail files but otherwise no bueno. It is a fair bit off to not just the powder coat pushing it over I will have to legit remove metal good thing its aluminum.

The VZ-2008 from Century Arms comes with a bayonet lug for its folding-stock rifle. This light attachment fits the bayonet lug perfectly. There’s a dimple in the bayonet lug. You need a 2.5mm hex drive to secure the hidden set screw to the barrel. You cannot quickly detach the light once you install it. It’s pretty much a permanent fixture on the gun. It will accommodate any flashlight with a body diameter between 0.95 to 1.05 inches. A 4mm hex nut in the rear of the fixture secures the flashlight to the rifle. The ideal length for the weapon mounted light would be between 7-9 centimeters (2.6-3.4 inches) in length.

Excellent product. Only one of it's kind I know of. Works perfect with FAB 1" flashlights. No more ugly bayonette lug that's cannot accept a bayonette due to barrel length.

It was returned because it did not fit my light.Getting an item that fits lights that are just an eighth of an inch too big seems to be the norm. The fixtures seem to all stop at 1 inch, no matter what, so if your light has some material added to the surface commonly known as non-slip, the light will not fit.Ifind it very difficult to believe that this situation exists, and very few options available to remedy this problem.

Got it for a retro LWRC rifle with the sight post gas block with bayonet lug. Took a bit of modification to even get it on, and once I did… The light barely clears the rail or a muzzle device, let alone a suppressor. I went with a streamlight handheld and it worked but is less than 1mm of clearance from my suppressor. Just do yourself a favor and buy a pic rail adapter instead and mount a light to that, it's not worth the look over functionality.
