While on a FOB where magazine and weapon is necessary at all times, this was the best way to have a magazine readily available. Quick to put into action; it was a great tool. Depending on the hang-ups others may have (command element), I found this better than any stock mounted pouch for the M-4.Pros: Easily carries extra mag without cumbersome pouch or load bearing gear.Cons: totally happy with performance.
