I ordered the Fab Defense buttstock that has the back up magazine well in the rear of the stock, I knew that a straight pad can be less that comfortable when shooting for a long time or when laying prone for long shots, so I ordered this bad boy. It works really well, handles well, feels like its part of my shoulder. I'd spend the few bucks to at least have this around and try it for yourself if you spend any amount of time behind your AR like I do.

I haven't had the opportunity to fire with it yet, but just shouldering it, I like the way it fits in my shoulder pocket, others I've let shoulder it had mixed reviews, but again, for the price, I couldn't go wrong, and I like the way it sits in..Plus the rubber seems to give "just enough" when I pushed on it, looking forward to using it..

I have severe neck and spine injury and love to plink around. This buttpad makes it easire to hold stable on my shoulder and takes a lot of the recoil off. I now have this on 3 of my rifles
