I have a S&W 38 special. It fits and conceals it very well, the only thing is that I have a small ankle so it slides a little. I am going to purchase the extra strap to keep it in place. Pros: Light Weight, Comfortable, Easy to put on

This is my first ankle holster, I bought it based on James Yeager's recommendations. I work in the medical field and this is the only way I am able to carry at work. After a few hours of nervously checking to see if it was still in place and secure, which it was, I forgot I was wearing it. Very comfortable with my M&P Shield. And it just disappears under my scrub bottoms. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a back up gun/holster or anyone in the medical field.

I don't feel that a holster could be designed to feel more comfortable on the ankle. The fit was perfect for the model I specified. Had a strong neoprene odor when first received put leaving it out in the air solved the problem.
