Cheaper than Magpul while on sale, and trustworthy Geissele quality, no issues fitting in QD slots and staying. Would buy at any price.

I have purchased nearly every brand offering and technical modality of QD swivel in my 40+ years of professional experience. While this design is nearly no-fault across the tactical spectrum (I have fumble fingers when the poo hits the rotary oscillator, so locking lugs are a NO-GO), Geissele’s heavy duty push button meets the mark. No flimsy span, no too easy (or too hard) push button, solid lock, clean swivel action without becoming a top, tight enough to keep a good (read: Blue Force Gear Vickers Combat Applications Sling) from getting stuck, twisted or hung.If you’re looking for an efficient and reliable solution for sling carry and support that provides fit, form and function from range to redoubt, add this to your kit.

Not sure if I got an old one or what, but mine is definitely not black. It's like an old washed out gray color. It stands out big time in my all black rifle. It looks like black metal that has been sitting out in the sun for years. It has like a faded black color with an ashy matte white look to it. Other than the color it works as it should I guess. I mean it's a QD swivel, there's not much to it really. I just wish it was black like seen in the listing photos. Mine is far from black. For this reason I will not be using it sadly.
