I was looking for an upgrade for my bullseye pistol scope and found this little gem. It is a small compact scope that will easily fit in your shooting box. Great clarity and magnification. Probably more than you need for bullseye, but I can see using for other shooting disciplines. On low magnification around 9 it works great at 50ft so I'm sure you may be able to spot out to 100 yards easy with it. Since bullseye shooting isn't that popular anymore, if you need spotting scope to support this discipline, this one will work. Good luck and enjoy!

This Hawke product is EXCELLENT for Bullseye pistol. Sharp image at 50 yards no matter the light. Compact to fit inside your pistol case. Magnification gives true sharp and consistent , Focus is easy and not overly sensitive to adjust. Highly impressed and I have owned some high dollar scopes over the years.I bet the images will remain true even at 100 yards at 27x. Your gonna see the holes in the black at 100 yards.

Bought this scope because I wanted a compact scope to use at my gun clubs 100 yard range. Works perfectly. Very sharp image. The scope has a 1/4-20 threaded hole in bottom for attaching to a tripod or ball mount. I really like the angled eyepiece, it allows the scope to sit on the bench with a short table style tripod. The focus ring is very handily placed onn the main scope body. Because of it’s size it very easily fits in my shooting bag.

At only 7.6” in length and 20.3 oz, it is small enough to fit in my shooting kit. Because it is 9-27x, I use it indoors at 10m to see my air pistol shots and outdoors to see my rifle shots on target at 100 yards. The glass is very clear, it has good eye relief and the 56mm ojective lens lets in a lot of light.I had been trying lesser scopes but they were a waste of my money and time.

Buy it to get the smallest spotting scope available next to celestron. Difficult to see bullet holes at 100yd on paper, I would recommend more magnifcation maybe 40x. But with clean splatter targets it was no issue. Glass: significant warping around edges. Nice sharp image in the middle. Very noticable chromatic abberation. Difficult and has some eye strain when trying to see small things light bullet holes at 100yd.
