So I bought a 34 MOS a few months after getting the 509 and was pretty upset that I wouldn't be able to mount the sight with standard MOS mounting plates. As I quickly learned: the 509 is a relatively new mounting challenge and as of this writing the options are pretty limited, and expensive. Thankfully, Holosun understands this and has released a plate for their product at a reasonable price. The way the 509 is designed means it will sit pretty high compared to the RMR, that we are all familiar with at this point. This plate is simple and keeps it as low as can be expected. It comes with good hardware and I haven't had any issues with corrosion. If you jumped on the 509 train but have a bunch of MOS pistols, this plate is a good one. In case it helps your decision making process, my 34 is in a Recover Tactical brace and the sight is basically the only means I have to run the slide so the mount gets torqued on a bit pretty regularly; zero stays put.

ITS A HOLOSON PLATE I NEVER USED IT. WHEN I TRYING TO GET A PLATE FOR MY 509T I CALLED HOLOSON AND THEY SAID THEY HAD A PLATE BUT REFERRED ME TO GET THE CALCULATED KINETICS DOGTAG WHICH IN MY OPINION IS THE BEST PLATE ON THE MARKET HANDS DOWN. CONSTRUCTION BETTER MADE FROM STEEL HAS BUIL IN RACKER. LOVE IT

You'll need this in addition to the Holosun 509T to mount it to your Glock 19 MOS. It's quality and works perfectly. My one complaint is that it doesn't fit the Glock slide contour. It's slightly narrow. Makes me think it might collect dirt or moisture along the edges.
