I preordered this attachment basically on the first day is was avail but optics didn’t ship it right away due to an item that was part of my order not instock yet. I sent an email asking if they can ship part of my order first and they didn’t without hesitation.This attachment replaces the existing AEMS mount which fits perfectly. Nothing was misaligned. This lower mount looks a lot cleaner than the stock mount that came with the AEMS. I’m glad I made this purchase.Please make sure you’re buying this specifically to replace the higher stock AEMS mount. Not sure if these negatives reviews had the proper sights but it’s not rocket science. Mine fits PERFECTLY.

Holes lined up as expected. Only issue was bolt for rail mounting. Bolt head stripped (used tool included w/mount) and reverted to using original bolt included with AEMS purchase. Issue resolved. Completed my Sig MPX K build.

this mount puts the sight at a perfect hight. Just what the doctor ordered!

To wide of a set up for pistol I'm my opinion , better used for a short range rifle set up as back up sight

Fits perfectly on the Holosun AEMS reflex sight, comes with everything you need to remove the high profile mount to change it over to the low profile mount, torx tool and 4 spare mounting screws included, i put blue removable locktite on the screws to make sure they dont come loose, great product

Unfortunately the holes didn’t line up like people mentioned in the other reviews. Not totally surprised since this is the second mount that’s given me the same issue with this optic. Was able to widen the holes a dremel and now the mount does exactly what I need it for. Honestly not terrible since I love tinkering with stuff. However this is definitely an issue that Holosun should look into as well as their aftermarket manufacturers.
