Looking for a cost effective alternative to my Aimpoint T2, I was recommended the Hs403R from a friend. I love my T2. The 1/3 mount height and 20mm objective is perfect for on the move, quick shooting. I also wanted the knob for adjustments as opposed to buttons which can be difficult to adjust in Tactical gloves and in cold weather. I would rather have the tactile feel of the adjustment knob. Enter the Holosun. On paper, It had all the requirements I was looking for that I enjoy in my T2. After receiving the Holosun I was extremely impressed. It has the battery life, height, and field of view that I was looking for in a lightweight package that rivals my T2. While it does not have all the NVG settings of the T2, it does everything else in spades. For $150-$200 it’s a no brainer. Only time will tell how rugged it is. I can only go off of friends who have been using theirs to go on for longevity. So far, all reviews are great. Definitely recommend and I will be buying another soon.

Well made dot for the CZ scorpion. Great quality. Dot is not hazy at all and battery life is unmatched.

Nice red dot. Put this on a new AR15 5.56 flat top. With my older eyes, I can still shoot half dollar groups @ 50 yards. I didn’t give it 5 stars only because I’m not crazy about the illumination function. It works as it should, maybe I’ll get use to it. Glass has good clarity and dot is visible out to 100 yards at least. Solid optic for the money.

Only complaint is that it is slow to activate other than that, I have not used it enough to properly evaluate. It was recommended to me by a police agency SWAT team leader, they have several. I do not like your survey page, an don't appreciate wasting my time with useless platitudes.
