I have tested many bullets and these are on top of the list.under 1/2 minute of angle in most guns. Hold true in wind. Hard to find a better bullet and they don't frag. …………………………………………………………

Bought these to load for a 6.5 creedmoor. Initial testing on paper was very impressive, with excellent accuracy. Tried with two different semi auto rifles and both showed great target results. Finally got to squeeze the trigger on animals this year. Killed a coyote, left a massive exit hole. Killed a nice whitetail at about 150 yards, deer dropped in it's tracks. Have loaded the 178 grain eld x bullets guy 308, and they also have yielded all the deer shot dropping in their tracks.

Ordered some Barnes LRX bullets for reloading. Optics Planet had them in stock when most other suppliers were out of stock. The product was shipped very fast. I will be ordering more of my reloading supplies from this site.

Guys, I’m primarily a deer hunter, recently I acquired a Savage 110 in 6.5 Creedmoor. Having hand loaded my ammo for 30+ years I was able to work up a load with the 143 grn ELDX and in preparation for a hunt in Nebraska, I sought out a place to shoot at distance. Found a range with steel out to 1000yards in 100yard increments. Using my Trijicon 5×20 scope I was amazed at this rifle’s and bullets accuracy. Never expected to see much less hit a target at a 1000 yards but I did. I’ve taken two deer one at 400 yards and another at 80 yards. Bullet performance was perfect on both. I’m sold on Hornady’s ELDX !

The bullets arrived very soon after the order was placed. They were in good condition. These are excellent bullets and perform well in 6.5 Creedmoor.

Works well at the target range and in hunting. Distance achievement was one mile using Hornady 143gr eld-x and Ruger precision rifle with nightforce scope.
