  1. Brandon

Stuff is super clean, all the same weight and grain, shoots very consistently little to no fliers and not a single jam from them, so good I ordered 400 rounds. Best for 1:7 and 1:8 twist barrels i shoot from a 16” 5.56 NATO barrel with 1:7 twist rate from Radical Firearms and its phenomenal

  2. Hog

No issues, very accurate, great high quality ammo for 1:7 twist. Has a very tight pattern at 100 yards. Clean ammo and cycled flawlessly. This ammo is very effective in taking down hogs. Highly recommend!

  3. Justin Haggard

As always, Hornady makes a quality product that functions perfectly! Great ammo at a great price! If you're looking for reliable ammo, look no further! Also, even though you're going to just blast them off, they do look pretty dang good haha.

  4. Cynthia

I use a lot of different ammo, and nothing compares to this for me. I have used this same ammo for shooting 300=400 yards out in the field where I have some targets set up. Getting a nice overall group of right around 3 inches at 400 yards with my Springfield Armory Saint with 16 inch barrel. It also seems to run better in my AR-15 pistol then other ammo does. Just is a smoother shooting experience.Planet Optics, you ROCK

  5. Lil Rice Muncher

Great quality ammunition. 75gr Hornady bullets so it's on the heavier end of the .223/5.56 spectrum. It's match-grade ammo so it's very precise and loaded hotter than your civilian standard .223 remington. Maybe not specifically for home defense but had a good wide range of uses. Good for long range accuracy and also good for home defense. Never had any issues and I highly recommend!

I hunt hogs/coyotes weekly with a variety of different calibers. Always looking for one that was more consistent and packed a bigger punch. 6.5 Grendel(good but $$$), 300 B/O great for hogs but not yotes, etc etc. finally landed back at old faithful with some quality 55 grain ammo, acceptable but not great. Then I finally bought 3 boxes of this 75grain…..it sounds like a sledge hammer at impact. SUB MOA at 100, last time took 3 shots at 50yds to do a quick check. 2 shots in the same hole and the other 1/3” below. Less than a $1 a round and readily available at multiple retailers…..my search is over!!!
