Lymans Case Trim Xpress gives rifle reloaders the speed and accuracy that they have been looking for when trimming cases! I started with an RCBS hand cranker, works great, but needed to save my wrist and shoulder. Saw this unit on YouTube, decided to buy. I have not been disappointed! It came with a good assortment of collars for the shells I reload. You can buy ones for any caliber out there. It is quite enough, easy to set up, and takes a little practice to get the touch. The only issue I found was with the threaded shaft that the adjustment ring works on. It can move side-to-side a very little, but it doesn't matter, because the casing is pushed into the unit in-line with the cutter blades. My trim time is 5 times faster than before. I also checked the accuracy on many shells, all within 0.001". I don't hate case trim anymore.

Trims length 3 to 4 thousandths to short. Sometimes not flat and square ends. It's a beautiful and efficient concept. Just needs to be perfected. Then it would probably be the best on the market.

First I dialed it in to 1.750, followed the instructions to the T. It cut my brass to 1.749-1.750 for the first few.Then I noticed it cutting a lot more, checked and it was cutting to 1.740, took the spring out and tried it again, still got the huge variance.It doesn't even cut the brass evenly, one side is lower than the other.Do not buy this product, it will ruin your brass.
