This works great in my Lyman Ultrasonic cleaner. I can clean shells, shine jewelry and now lube my firearms. There are other products to remove rust you can get here at Optics Planet. This is where I found the best prices and availability.

I regularly clean my firearms after every range trip. I have found that utilizing ultrasonic cleaning aids in the process and preserves the look and performance of my guns. I hadn’t been using gun lube because I found it too expensive as a consumable. However, with the pricing on the Lyman product, I decided to add it to the process. Because I ca. reuse the product, it’s extending the value of my purchase and leaves the finishes in excellent condition. One grip about the process though. Buy an ultrasonic cleaner that has a value to empty the contents. Using a funnel is a pain; especially when the oil is warm. Great results-highly recommended
