You have to specify at time-of-order whether you want the Commercial or Mil-Spec version of this stock. Commercial specifications are that it will fit a Commercial platform Buffer Tube dimension of 1.17; Mil-Spec is 1.15. Measure your BT before purchasing. I did not, and it turns out my BF was 1.176. That extra 6000th of an inch was enough that the stock would not fit. I called MagPul customer support to confirm that same. (They were great by the way!)

What's there to say really? This is a solid stock and get's the job done. Personally, I like the slim line but to each their own. For me, I don't need the storage. Got mine in FDE and the color is very nice.

Magpul puts out a lot of high quality product. This stock is one of many great stocks, I actually decided on the Magpul STR stock… Both are great and are a lot like the highly sought after B5 Sopmod/bravo stock. I believe the Magpul stocks are better, especially the STR !

Great stock, doesn’t have the oversized sop mod cheek weld area, but is a little more pronounced than the standard MOE stock, which is nice. It’s a little heavier than the moe stock as well. Super robust and feels like it can take a beating for sure. The only issue is that this stock is TIGHT. It actually was leaving a small scratch on my mil spec tube when operating it. It wipes off , so it could just be plastic coming off. When fully extending it, you gotta slap it in place. No wobble though, that’s for sure. Also, I was hoping for magpul to give me a sticker in the box. No sticker. Ya did me dirty, magpul.

I have tried numerous AR15 stocks and this one has the least amount of wiggle out of the twelve I had the opportunity to experience. The fitment is snug, but not too tight and it can be adjusted with little effort.

Buy this!! These stocks are, in my opinion, the best. They are solid, they do not shake, and work as they should.
