I got this scope for night varmint hunting, mounted to a break barrel 22 hornet. I have only three things I wish were different about the scope, it had a 30mm tube for more adjustment, it had a side focus knob for parallax and it was made in America without driving up the price. That's as close as I can come to saying anything negative about it.I chose this scope over others because it has some good qualities. I read the glass was Japanese, whether that is true or not the clarity of the glass is good. Mueller seems to have a good warranty policy. I thought because of how the scope is setup it should bring in more light than most other scopes in its price range, and it does seem to, a marginal difference but a noticeable one.I played around with the scope before I mounted it. After some time adjusting it I was able to read the fine print on a target at 50'.I'm impressed, good job Mueller. I will more closely consider purchasing their products in the future.

I would highly recommend this scope to anyone interested. I myself was VERY SKEPTICAL of Mueller because I always have bought Leupold for all my gun scopes because of the quality. So I did my research, trying to figure out the reviews, is this china or japan glass, how people said their warranty held up and so on. "Long story short, this is very crisp and clear, and I would go with this scope again, for a smaller caliper gun of course, nothing to big past a .308 , but for a .22, or .243 and such.

I have owned and spent $800.00 plus tax on many high end scopes, withholding their names of course, and still did not have all the features that my new Mueller 4-16x50mmAO Tactical scope has. The illuminated Mildot feature is simply amazing and helps with those dawn and dusk low light level shots when standard black crosshairs are nill to none. I have this scope paired with Muellers quickshot/CQB turkey reddots; you know for them turkeys that shoot back; My AR308 with 168gn projectiles to 2600fps, .5MOA @ 100yds is a rifleman's dream, especially in a tactical rifle! Thank you Mueller for giving me unbelievable quality for the price and you have my business for LIFE brother! Pros: Unbelievable clear glass from end to endCons: None

I would highly recommend this scope to anyone interested. I myself was VERY SKEPTICAL of Mueller because I always have bought Leupold or Bushnell. Clear optics, the red redical is not way too bright like others. Zeroed in with 5 shots. I am a Mueller used now for sure/ I will be purchasing others. I am using on Ruger 7.62×39 American Ranch Bolt Action. Can group 5 shots within 2" at 200 Yrds. Have not gone out further yet
