Product description for this item is a bit misleading. They describe this item and similar ones as "right/left handed, and ambidextrous". It should be described as how it will be WORN on your belt so the magazine is in front. Describing it as "right/left handed" can make a buyer think of "gun hand" vs free hand.I wear this on my left side, but the magazine is in the rear, and cuffs to the front of my body, as opposed to mag in front, cuffs in back as the picture shows. Very nice build. This is in fact a left hand dominate (gun hand) spare mag/handcuff holder/pouch. Sits nice on my right hip. Paddle is comfortable.The one star knock can be a pro/con. The mag/handcuff fit is tight. It is adjustable to a certain degree. I find my handcuffs (hinged and linked) as well as magazine get caught up sometimes when putting them in the case. I’d recommend heating up the kydex and flaring out those sections to ease reholstering. Other than that, it’s what you’d expect from Safariland.
