Safariland holsters are a known quality- the best manufacturer there is, in my opinion, and Optics Planet offers great prices. I ordered the 7377 for the Glock 19 with Insight M3 mounted, and received a confirmation e-mail indicating that I had ordered the correct item. However, the part number does not match the description. The 7377-283-551 is not compatible with a light, despite the description. The correct part number for the G19 w/ mounted M3 is 7377-28325-551, per the Safariland website. I've exchanged e-mails and telephone calls with customer service to let them know about this problem, but they seem to have blown me off. I returned the item, and hope to get the correct holster back- we'll see! It is worth noting that the 7377-28325-551 is also compatible with the TLR-1 and Inforce APL (Per the Safariland website). Just double check the part number for your order, because trying to explain this to customer service is an unpleasant and time-consuming experience. I'll update my review when I see if they correct this issue. I can't recommend this item, because there is a chance you'll get the wrong thing.

I bought this holster after speaking to a co – worker about his duty holster and as I was not pleased with the holster I had been using. ( A Blackhawk product . ) I find this product more quick to reliably draw quickly while simultaneously establishing a firm grip on the handgun. ( A Glock 17. ) I have worn it for several weeks before writing this review and performing many practice draws with an unloaded firearm . I also have not seen any wear marks on the finish of my duty pistol. It is not a level three retention holster , level one only , so make sure to order the retention level required .

Love this holster works perfectly with my striker-fire semi-auto. Securely holds the weapon close to the body yet still provides a clean draw and an unobstructed holstering. A Definite upgrade over the other popular brand i had been using at a very reasonable price.
