Size is 4"L X 3"W and receiver plate is a little larger. When all assembled, the system works pretty good. Good for multiple applications with the same holster. My only complaint is the instructions. The instructions are for the Molle Locking System (MLS) but this fork is for the Quick Locking System (QLS). The Instructions do not cover the QLS assembly and some parts are not even identified, yet alone their use. Safariland website was no help either but it managed to get it put together without a lot of problems. Safariland is a top product but kind of failed on the Instruction portion of this item. Receiver plate had the same poor instructions. Pros: Works good, quick and easy to "operate", seems heavy dutyCons: Poor instructions

Safariland QLS fork. Works as advertised. The only issue for me was that the hardware included with the fork didn’t include the locking nuts. Since I was attaching this fork to a non-safariland holster I had to use the existing hardware from the holster with a washer to keep the fork attached. Not a big issue but it would have been nice to use the safariland bolts as they fit the fork best.

First off the color on the website is wrong. Make sure you read the description for the correct color and there’s nothing much to say but Safari land makes awesome products
