It's advertised to fit 1.5" belts, but none of my 1.5" belts would fit through the loops. The slots are about 1/16" too short for my belts. I tried it with a thin 1" wide belt (not a gun belt) to see how it fit. It kinda works but I was disappointed in how bulky and rigid it is. It's some kind of hybrid plastic/leather or synthetic leather and very very stiff. It doesn't conform to my hip at all. The slot area doesn't curve around the hip and feels like having a board strapped to my side. Too bad… It's almost a good design: it does fit the gun well, and I like the retention method. I've had other Safariland holsters in the past that worked great, but this one is going back.
