Fits and works as it is supposed to do. This is best review I can give and am just typing now since it is supposed to be 200 characters which is arbitrary since all I would want to kniw if it works and any flaws.

Drop in fit and worked perfectly! Initially the fit seemed tight. I lubed up the pistol and shot it and it seemed like accuracy improved over the original factory barrel.I would have no problem recommending this for purchase.

There are two different P220 barrels. Unknown why, but the phosphate version requires an extreme amount of fitting and the blued version does not. The price for the phosphate is about $40 higher and the additional guns itching charge. The blues version is less expenses due drops in…doesn’t add up. Maybe I just got a defect, but I saved money and got instant gravity the glued barrel.

This high quality Sig Sauer Black Chromed Threaded Barrel dropped right into my Sig Sauer P220 without any modification and functioned perfectly! It came with a thread protector collar and is a perfect match for the Sig Sauer SRD 45 AUTO suppressor with .578-28tpi threads.

The finish of the barrel has a rough flat finish and not polished at all like the original barrel. I'll fix that… I dropped the barrel into the slide. The slide would not drop the barrel down to cycle the action. I had to press the barrel down to clear the slide so it would come back. Then, I found that the slide would not come all the way to lock it back. I compared the original to the new and they seem to be the same. The slide just would not come all the back! I started looking closer and measured. What I found was the feed ramp was just a few thou too long and was hitting inside on the frame. Once I remove the excess, the slide functioned as expected. I used a dremal with a grinding disk to remove the metal. I'll polish the ramp and all will be good! 4 stars because it wasn't a drop and go replacement.

Dropped in new threaded barrel for a perfect fit to my old Sig. Now I can attach my silencer to my 45.
