This thing works perfect in front of a EOTECH. Lines up perfect. Why should I pay 500 for a EOTECH Magnifies when I can get this Juliet for around 200 or more. And it is clear.

I checked this out at a shop, it was this magnifier with the matching red dot. I was suprised at how small this thing is, it is very short. Glass looked great, very clear. I only looked at it in a shop, i havnt owned 1. But i wouldnt hesitate to buy it at this price. I have 2 viper pst gen II's and the glass in this was comparible(take that with a grain of salt as i simply checked it out in a shop and didnt actually compare this against my scopes) but i was pleasantly suprised by the glass clarity and size, seemed well made. Sig is killing it in all areas right now. I only wrote this review because there r none on here at the moment and i wanted to atleast share what i thought of it.

This is a beautiful, functional and good quality optic 3x magnifier.

Love this little magnifier. Matches well on my CZ Scorpion and behind my Romeo 5. I mounted the Romeo on a riser to line them up. With the Juliet off to the side, I can still use the iron sights….the line of sight goes thru the Romeo riser. Only issue is that the windage adjustment turrets do not work so I cannot center the red dot. Like the other review states, the red dot is located a little low and to the right. The turrets dont work at all. Not even slightly! I think I will exchange it and hope the windage turrets actually work.

Firstly, I think people ignore the fact that this is a MICRO rds magnifier, so therefore it can require some user adaptation compared to standard 3x magnifier setups (see detailed 2nd half of review).I purchased this magnifier to pair it with the Sig Sauer Romeo MSR micro RDS (I actually selected the green dot for personal preference) and it works flawlessly. It's built solid – needed no adjustments besides centering the RDS dot (same windage/elevation controls as most RDS sights). The 3x magnification makes short-to-mid-range shooting much more fun! Easily can extend range to 200-300 yds.Glass is crisp & clear, and works great both in daylight and at night. The flip-up button is very tactile – this magnifier is NOT spring loaded like some people prefer. The diopter on the rear focuses the dot & lights well (just like focusing binoculars) but is slightly stiff, which also prevents it from shifting out of focus by accidentally bumping against it.Being my first magnifier, I was a little shocked at the weight it added to my 16" barreled AR15, but the weight is pretty similar compared to other magnifiers. The mounting screw is also a slightly slick, hex head design, therefore harder to properly remove or tighten on the fly – NOT QD.Now onto the considerations & detailed review:The overall eye relief of the Juliet 3-Micro is very comparable to other 3x magnifiers, but being a MICRO magnifier with a shorter length (J3-Micro @3.2inches vs Juliet-3 @4.25", or EOTech G33 @4.4") means you will probably want to mount it to the furthest rear slot on your Picatinny rail for the clearest, easiest viewing – right where the Back-Up Iron Sights usually go; compared to most magnifiers that can be slotted right behind your RDS or holographic sight, a few slots forward from far back.Traditionally mounted BUIS (directly onto your top picatinny rail) can not be used without flipping magnifiers out of the way. I've managed to squeeze my BUIS behind it by pushing my micro magnifier forward a couple slots. This causes two things:1) It pushed my magnifier forward (increases eye-relief distance)-I had to compensate for this by adjusting the position of my butt-stock when shooting magnified (I normally have my stock extended to full-out or second-furthest slot when aiming with the RDS or BUIS as my view-point vs. 2nd closest slot with magnifier.)2) My BUIS' flip button bumps into the push-button of the magnifier.-Having to press both flip-up buttons in order to swap from magnifier to BUIS is very inefficient, so consider your setup's application, Micro Magnifier mounting position & rear BUIS footprint if you go this route (can be countered by 45 degree angled BUIS mounts & sacrificing your magnifier's flip function.)Like anything in life, if you gain in one area, you end up sacrificing a little bit somewhere else.Still, if you have a unbreakable RDS, a Holosun solar sight, plenty of batteries, or you have angled BUIS mounts, you won't need to worry about the flip-up BUIS issue I bumped into. No pun intended.Hope this helps.

I paired this with a Romeo 7 full size and it looks and works great. Easy to operate. This optic has pretty good clarity especially for the money. I'm so glad I took a chance on this budget set up. I couldn't be happier.
