I got to use the flashlight a couple of times at my U of I firefighters training and it helped get me through the smoke filled buildings. The instructors didn't let us to use flashlights for the majority of the emergency scenarios. They wanted us to get use to working by feel.Pros: Compact, excellent lighting Cons: Small on off button. Hard to use with gloves.
