I own a shellfish farms and this is by far the best headlamp I've found. Typically we go through 5 to 10 head lamps per season. I've bought 4 of these for my crew 2 years ago and they are still going strong. Saltwater, rain, cold, rough use, it can take it.Pros: light weight, takes abuseCons: none

Great headlamp. Very versatile. Makes a decent bike headlamp, and perfect for project / task level lighting. Have used for 4 weeks, and batteries still show 100% through judisious use of light power. My only gripe is that I wished it had a focus adjustment, but it is so bright on the bright setting that I don't really need it.Pros: BRIGHT, great battery lifeCons: Somewhat expensive

Purchased this light to go on my hard hat at work.it comes with the strap especially for hard hats,it holds the light in place with no movement at all.the light itself is extremely bright with three levels of brightness, I would highly recommend this light.great price also
