Have only started to use. But is nice and Brite. And looks to be as rugged as protac 2x-l have used for years nice that can charge with my phone type c charging cables. Can also charge battery with type c cables .Will save having to look for micro cable to charge with.

What a great light, the size and brightness is just absolutely awesome. I would highly recommend this light to someone in the market for new light at this price point. Don’t look any further buy this light!!

Great product at a great price.. This flashlight is extremely powerful, especially for its small size, making it very convenient to use. Availability and shipping was immediate. I will be using Optics Planet again.

This Streamlight ProTac 2.0 replaced an older Streamlight. The new light has a USB port on the outside of the light for recharging the battery, not that unscrewing the tailcap on the older one was difficult, but this is super easy to make sure your light is fully charged. This is the first Streamlight of many that I own that I can triple tap to get it on low power on the first try, I am not sure if they improved the tailcap switch, but it is easier to set to low power, which is the setting I use the most at work. Full power is extremely bright and should be reserved for illuminating areas at least 10 feet away from you, unless you are using it in a self defense scenario. This light fits well in a side cargo pocket, but is too large to fit in other pockets comfortably. Buy a ProTac 2L if you want to clip it in your pocket like a knife. I still carry the 2L on the weekends when I do not have as many pocket options. This light is a good compromise between the large, wall charging Stinger series lights and the smaller 2L.

Complicated button pushing for strobe, low light, and high light. Im not going anywhere with a flashlight that its takes time to adjust the right lighting. So i can see whats out there or where I’m going. This flashlight is time waster. I can be killed by a wild animal trying to adjust this thing. I don’t recommend

I’ve needed a good flashlight for handgun shooting in low light situations. As a retired LE officer, I’ve used Streamlights for over 30 years so that brand was my go to light. This light has plenty of light and has several adjustments plus it’s rechargeable. I purchased an extra battery to insure that i am always prepared. The flashlight/battery is charged via a USB C port which is very convenient. Overall, great product.
