I used this product as soon as I bought it. It's easy to operate with the 3 different settings. The highest setting is super powerful and lights up the whole area around you. It's not a focus beam on a small point but delivers light in a broad area ahead of you.

I use the heck out of my original Protac headlamp. When this came out I had to have it! It is bright! The 2.0 is more spread out than the original. I use this for projects around the house so having more run time as well is amazing. The 2.0 is definitely bigger and heavier than the original, but it is shorter in the lense area. It does start to wear on your forehead after house of use, but its worth being able to see at night. Medium is plenty bright for most uses. Walking to the garage at night, the high setting is great!
