I dont think I got quite whats pictured, because mine is MUCH shorter, but I also bought it for an Ultrastinger, and it MIGHT not have fit in the pictured holster, so all is well.Pros: The construction is strong and durable and it will definitely stand up to the job.Cons: The holster has no bottom, so the bottom of the flashlight is exposed to the elements. It makes up for it by having the lense cover at the top of the holster which, to me, is more important than protecting the bottom.

When you need a positive locking holster, like when you ride a motorcycle, this is the product. All of our guards/patrols have this unit on th emotorcycle and they love this. No more lost or misplaced lights.Pros: light and durable

This does the job. It would be a shame not to have a proper holster for a high quality costly flashlight such as this. Didn't realize I needed it until I unpacked, used and then looked for somewhere to safely store the large objective Strion HPL.I guess some folks would carry it in their front pocket, but unless you expected to run into Mae West it would not be worth it.
