All you need to install these onto your ar15 is a pair of needle nose pliers with some electrical tape wrapped around the tips so you dont scratch your lower. Easy snap on and off piece that keeps these pins from "walking out" is secure and simple. Def would recommend

I now have 4 of these and love them. I’ve tried other types but this one is best. It secures nicely and has never come loose. Great product from a great company. Will be buying more in the near future.

Another outstanding product from Strike Industries. Perfect for drop-in triggers or regular triggers. I'm just using a DPMS mil-spec trigger group and only got these because I plan on upgrading to a drop-in trigger in the future. Plus they look great. Fits into standard .154 trigger/hammer holes on the lower receiver.I highly recommend this product.

I see the comments under this product and I am here to tell you the negative ones are due to user error on installation. The metal clip is made of a harder steel so it functions as a clip, if the steel was softer it would bend. Because of this the tolerances have to be pretty tight. Each pin has two notches that the clip locks into at each end, the first one lines up automatically when you install the clip onto it from the slider end. The other side that the open end of the clip goes over has to be lined up manually with the opening of the clip. There is a little hex head at the other end of each pin that you can use to do that. You line up the opening of the clip with the notches on the second pin, and only then use something like needle nose pliers to clip it. If you do not do this, you will most likely break your clip by forcing it to try and open more than it is capable of. If you are worried about scratching your lower use a few pieces of electrical tape around the clip to protect the lower while you clip it on. This is an excellent product, it works very well, I hope this helps.
