Looks very nice. It feels very sturdy. It was very simple to install; it required no disassembly or tools, other than a philips head and a common allen wrench. And unlike every other stock out there- it is very nicely-priced!! I'm looking forward to receiving the rear monopod that accompanies this; unfortunately, it was back-ordered when I placed my order.

I bought this for an LR308 type rifle. I had previously bought the similar Magpul MOE FCS stock but being on a 6.5 Creedmoor rifle, the monopod option sold me. The MOE was kind of a rattler too. I don't like LR308 carbine style shorty buffers so I have an AR10 length buffer tube which uses a standard AR15 size carbine buffer. That tube is the same size as the Vltor A5 system. The stock fit quite tight on the tube, a tiny bit hard to get started on the tube but zero rattle, perfect. The stock doesn't claim to work with the longer style AR10/A5 buffer tube but it will if you use at least one of the spacers. Without one spacer it bottoms out before the front and back pieces meet. That shouldn't be an issue unless you're trying to put it on a large frame AR with a Law Tactical folder which adds to the LOP (like me). Second issue, the front piece is not designed to be compatible with Strike's set screw style locking Castle nut end plate. It's probably fine with standard stuff but I didn't want to stake so I had to do some carving to fit around the set screw and the castle nut is a bit wide so there is a small gap around the bottom. That's minor but I would have hoped for better compatibility among Strikes product line. The way the stock is retained to the buffer tube is great. It pulls everything together and even if the fit on the buffer tube wasn't nice and tight, the tension would lock everything together. It is SOLID! The plastic molding is pretty heavy, it's a lot more substantial than the MOE. The MOE is about what you expect, the Viper is more but it doesn't feel too chunky, it's just not hollow at all. On the side of the stock it has slots that look like they might be compatible with Magpul ACS style accessories. I tried one, the Larue RISR, it doesn't fit. The slots are not spaced right and internally there is no space for the retaining plates. I want to review the monopod but it was backordered and I'm still waiting. Bottom line, if you're not trying to fit it with a bunch of unusual parts it fits perfectly. AR10/A5 buffer tubes work unless you need the shortest LOP. The stock feels super solid compared to a MOE FCS. The monopod option will hopefully make this a good option for "precision rifle" type builds. I'm very happy with it, I just have to mess with it a little to make it work in my oddball combo.

Install is easy. Stock is nice and solid. Spacers allow you to customize the length of pull. Rubber pad to keep it from slipping. Multiple sling locations, plus you can get a monopod for the back to go with a bipod up front. Excellent value!

I was pleased with my strike modular fixed stock. I purchased it because I live in California, where adjustable stocks are restricted. The parts are made from a solid plastic, and they are well formed. The butt plate is made of a softer material with good grip. Over all, the rear of the butt meets the shoulder with same angle as other modern AR stocks. Assembly is a little bit tricky, because you have to align parts correctly, but they are all held in place by a screw when that is finished. The stock fits over and around the buffer tube of your AR. By removing a screw at the rear, and adding or taking away spacers, the stock can suit shooters with longer or shorter length of pull.

This is a nice fixed stock from Strike Industries. I like it because you can adjust the length of pull on it. I have a Magpul fixed stock and the only way to adjust the length of pull on it was to purchase an extended but pad. The Strike one has three spacers that you can add as you see fit and if you need more you can also purchase an extended but pad. I had purchased the extended but pad but I did not need it and I am currently using two spacers with the stock but pad.

I have 3 of these set up on my AR's. 5.56, 300BLK, and 9mm.
